1 can unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup Peanut Butter
⅓ Coconut oil, melted
¼ cup Cocoa powder
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients on a low setting in a blender or food processor. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, freezing for about 30 minutes. Take out the mixture, mix the ingredients gently, then freeze for 2-3 hours, until it has reached your desired consistency.

1 cup Pineapple, frozen
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp. Maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Optional: 2 tbsp. Rum
