Have you ever had those days where as soon as you roll out of bed, you just know it needs to be a lazy day? Sometimes our bodies need ample rest, especially in such hectic times. This can be taking a break from even the simplest of routines, such as making breakfast. Especially when you’re exhausted, whipping up a nice, healthy breakfast can feel far too difficult and time consuming. As easy and delicious as a smoothie or some avocado toast can be, it can mean a lot to clean up, too. In comes the frozen french toast sticks and cereal box, right? Wrong.
