What is your shipping policy?

If we are unable to verify your address through our shipping providers (USPS, Fedex, etc.), then we will contact you to confirm the address and place the order on hold. If we receive no reply from you within three business days then the order will be shipped to the address provided if possible, cancelled if not.

How soon will my order ship?

Order processing time is 3 business days, transit time is typically 1-3 business days for orders shipping within the continental US. *Please note: shipping timelines are estimates only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen shipping delays may extend your shipping timeline.

What is your return/refund policy?

At Intoxicating Beauty, we believe in good skin and good health. If you are not satisfied with your products we will accept any full-sized product purchased from www.intoxicatingbeauty.com for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is returned in new or gently used condition (atleast half-full) and a refund is requested within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact the Intoxicating Beauty team at team@intoxicatingbeauty.com to receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please contact the Intoxicating Beauty team before you send in a return as Intoxicating Beauty is not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated. For problems with your order (missing/incorrect items or damages), please contact the Intoxicating Beauty team at team@intoxicatingbeauty.com within 14 calendar days of purchase for assistance. All shipping costs must be paid prior to shipping any returns. Returns must be received by Intoxicating Beauty within 30 days of purchase. Intoxicating Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns.
