Orders within the United States ship from California within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation, depending on product availability. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days after shipment for orders to arrive. Orders are delivered through USPS or FedEx. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. *Please note: shipping timelines are estimates only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen shipping delays may extend your shipping timeline. If we are unable to verify your address through our shipping providers then we will contact you to confirm the address and place the order on hold. If we receive no reply from you within three business days then the order will be shipped to the address provided if possible, cancelled if not.
Orders $25 and over (excluding taxes) ship for free and do not require a promotional code. A $5.99 shipping fee will be added at checkout for all orders under $25 (excluding taxes).
We would love to, but international orders cannot be accepted at this time.
At Intoxicating Beauty, we believe in good skin and good health. If you are not satisfied with your products we will accept any full-sized product purchased from www.intoxicatingbeauty.com for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is returned in new or gently used condition (atleast half-full) and a refund is requested within 14 calendar days of receipt. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact the Intoxicating Beauty team at team@intoxicatingbeauty.com to receive a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please contact the Intoxicating Beauty team before you send in a return as Intoxicating Beauty is not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated.

All shipping costs must be paid prior to shipping any returns. Returns must be received by Intoxicating Beauty within 30 days of purchase.
Intoxicating Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns.
